The i-Summit Driving Academy recognize our responsibilities under the Republic Act No. 10173 (Act), also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, with respect to the data we collect, record, organize, update, use, consolidate or destruct from the church members and/or visitors. The personal data obtained is entered and stored within the authorized information and communications system of the i-Summit Driving Academy and will only be accessed by authorized personnel of the organization. The i-Summit Driving Academy is using appropriate organizational, technical and physical security measures to make sure that the personal data of the registered driving students are protected.
These are the terms (the “Agreement”) governing a registrant who is under the legal age and would like to inquire into the i-Summit Driving Academy Website. By submitting the filled-up form to i-Summit Driving Academy Website, you agree to these terms, which form a binding legal contract between i-Summit Driving Academy Website and the inquiring student. If you are inquiring on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure the person participating is aware of these terms and accepts them. By completing the registration on behalf of another individual you are warranting that you have made the participant aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.
The information collected and stored shall only be used for the following purposes:
• Processing and reporting of documents related to the inquiry for i-Summit Driving Academy courses
• Activities to establish relations with inquirer.
The i-Summit Driving Academy shall not disclose the personal information of the members and/or visitors without their consent and shall keep this information for the effective implementation and management of relational campaigns.

How to Inquire and Enroll?

Here are the few steps on how you can enroll now in i-SUMMIT DRIVING ACADEMY.

Send us your Inquiry

• Fill out the INQUIRE NOW form with your complete and correct information.
• Be sure to recheck if you have selected the right course that you want to take.
• Once you have double check all the information and the course
that you have selected, you may now click SUBMIT.

BE INFORMED

Once you have submitted your details, the Admins of the Driving school will call or message you regarding your inquiry or enrollment.

COURSE FEE

When the enrollment is settled you will need to pay for the course fee. You may choose whether you will pay via Gcash or any other mode of payment that works most in your convenience.
This can be discussed with the Driving School Staff.

Everything is settled! You can now start your Driving Course based on your acquired schedule.
